Terms of Service

1. The Product

Opportunity Validation PRO (the "Product") is a digital skill pack for AI agents (a SKILL.md file plus reference data) that helps evaluate product ideas by checking competitor density. It is sold as a digital download for a one-time fee.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, republish, sublicense, or otherwise make the Product files, the included density data, or any derivative thereof available to any third party — whether for free or for payment — without prior written permission from the seller.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging the Product (or any part of it, including the SKILL.md file and density data) as your own product or service;
• Sharing your purchase or download link with others, or otherwise enabling unauthorized access to the Product;
• Removing, altering, or circumventing any license notice, watermark, or access control associated with the Product;
• Using the Product to compete with the seller or to create a substantially similar competing product.

3. What you get

• The SKILL.md method file (English and Chinese instructions)
• The niche-density reference data (as updated at the time of purchase)
• Updates to the density data as they are published, for as long as you can download the product

4. No refunds after download (with exception)

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final once the files are downloaded. However, if the Product does not match its description, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a refund decision.

5. No guarantee of results

The Product provides research methodology and data. It does not guarantee that any business decision will be successful. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product.

7. Term & Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Product. We may suspend or terminate your license, and withdraw access to the Product, if you materially breach these Terms — including, without limitation, by reselling, redistributing, or otherwise making the Product (or any part of it) available to third parties without authorization.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Product immediately ends;
• You must permanently delete all copies of the Product files (including the SKILL.md file and density data) in your possession or control;
• No refund will be provided for a license terminated for your breach;
• The seller reserves all rights to pursue any available legal remedies, including claims for damages or injunctive relief, for unauthorized use, resale, or redistribution of the Product.

We may also terminate these Terms at any time with reasonable notice if required by law or if the Product is discontinued. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, you may request a pro-rated refund for any unused entitlement.

8. Intellectual property

The Product, including the SKILL.md method file, the niche-density reference data, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of the seller. Purchase of the Product grants you a limited license to use it as set out in Section 2 — it does not transfer any ownership rights. You agree not to challenge the seller's ownership of the Product or its intellectual property rights.
